I am Chris van Putten, an independent senior contract management professional acting through Executive Resource B.V.
I combine legal training and earlier maritime legal practice with more than fourteen years of offshore contract management experience. My work centres on contractual governance, claims, variations, risk allocation, dispute positioning and practical commercial control.
Clients work directly with me. I am typically engaged by project organisations when a project is technically complex, prolonged or commercially sensitive, when additional senior capacity is required, or when a team needs an experienced external view before deciding its next move.
